This recipe is really easy to make and its very healthy!
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup strawberries (best when frozen)
- 1 banana, optional (best when frozen)
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 tightly packed cups spinach
- juice of ½ lemon
- a few cubes of ice if you did not use frozen fruits but want your smoothie cool & cold
