Mix sugar and water in a small saucepan on low heat. Cook and mix occasionally until all sugar is dissolved, making a simple syrup mix. Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely.
Take a blender or food processor, blend the remaining ingredients until smooth, then pour in the simple syrup. Continue to puree for around twenty till thirty seconds until very smooth.
Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
